2. Are you a manufacturer?

  Yes, we are a manufacturer with own research & develop team in Chongqing, China. we have advanced package printing equipment, outstanding research & develop team, excellent production team and great after-service team. We already have more than 12 years' experience in the package printing field.

3. How can we get an accurate quotation?

  You need to provide us with the shape, the size, the quantity and the surface finish what you need. If you don’t have an idea of the shape, the size, the surface finish, you can provide us the product information, then we will recommend the optimum package for you.

4. Do you have any stock?

  All of our products are customized according to your customers’ requirements, so there is no stock. We have our own design & develop team, and can design the new special package for your products.

5. How can I get the samples?

  We can send you the stock sample for free. If you want the custom sample, we will charge some sample fee which will be refunded after the order is confirmed.

  Generally speaking, sample lead time is 2-3 work days without printing after we receive the sample fee. If it need to printing and surface finish, it will take about 7-8 work days.

6. How long is your mass production?

  After we get the deposit, the mass production time is about 7-15 work days. It may be different according to the quantity and the surface finish of the products.

7. Which format do you need for printing?

  PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.

8. Do you have quality-checking department?

  Yes, Hongjin always puts the quality at the first place. We have an excellent QC system about the material, the printing, the technics, the die cutting, the surface finish, and the finished products to ensure all the products up to the customers’ requirements. And we have good after-service team.

9. How to proceed the order?

  First, we quote according to the detailed information or the actual sample you provide; then, when we reach an agreement on the quotation, we begin to make the sample after receiving the sample fee or the deposit of the order. After the sample is confirmed, we will begin to the mass production.
